Resource person explained about the importance of classroom management. He explained about the meaning of classroom management as the actions taken by teachers to create an environment that supports and facilitates both academic and social emotional aspects of the student.
An online session was conducted wherein around 160 participants participated and gathered information about how to control our Anger. Resource person gave many examples of situations where we get angry with our family members, relatives, kids, friends and with students too. He shared many solutions of controlling the feeling of Anger.

She explained how to manage healthy relationship between a teacher and student. She gave us examples of how students behave in the class and then what we must do at that time.
